Position Summary
This is a high-visibility finance leadership role supporting senior leaders across finance, commercial, and operations. The successful candidate will provide timely analysis, forward-looking insight, and practical recommendations to improve performance, support acquisitions and growth initiatives, strengthen planning processes, and help guide strategic decisions. The role offers strong long-term upside for an individual who combines financial discipline with commercial judgment and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities
Partner with senior leadership to provide clear financial insight on business performance, risks, and opportunities
Lead and support reporting, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range planning
Deliver financial analysis, commentary, and presentations to support decision-making and performance management
Support a recently acquired business through integration, growth planning, and performance improvement initiatives
Work closely with commercial, operations, project management, marketing, technical, and finance teams across multiple regions and sites
Develop and improve tools used for reporting, sales analysis, pricing analysis, opportunity tracking, and performance monitoring
Support pricing review and approval processes with sound financial analysis and business judgment
Act as finance lead on selected manufacturing, regional, and capital investment initiatives, including business cases and management presentations
Provide regional financial support on key expansion, development, innovation, and capital projects
Help improve the quality, efficiency, control, and automation of finance processes and reporting tools
Qualifications
Accounting qualification required
At least 8 years of post-qualification finance experience
Strong experience in business performance management, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Proven ability to deliver analysis and insight that supports business decision-making
Strong commercial acumen
Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
Strong Excel skills and comfort working with reporting systems and presentation tools
Experience supporting remote teams and stakeholders is preferred
Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
Ability to operate effectively in a flexible, networked, and cross-functional organization
