A publicly traded Bahamian retail and food-service company operating across New Providence, Grand Bahama, Exuma, Eleuthera, and Abaco. They run a multi-format food retail, wholesale, franchise, and e-commerce business, employing 900 associates across the islands.

Responsibilities: 

Hands-on Meat Manager to lead the daily operations of a retail meat department.

This is a working manager role responsible for cutting and packaging meat, merchandising, inventory control, freshness, food safety, receiving, refrigeration and temperature compliance, shrink management, and training and supervision of department staff.

The ideal candidate will bring solid supermarket meat department experience, strong customer orientation, sound judgment in ordering and product rotation, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, 7-day retail environment.

Based on the duties, the role requires a practical operator who can both manage the department and work side by side with the team.

Base Salary $75K - $85K, Bonus $5K annual bonus potential, Housing will be provide by Company, Relocation Assistance $5K.
